As a Technical Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects while adhering to client standard methodologies. You will also play a vital role in continuously improving project management processes.

Agile project management: use agile project management principles and tools like Devops, Jira to manage the project, work closely with technical team, client interface, develop status reports, manage deployments and production issues.
Technical Project Management: technical project management using demonstrated experience and proficiency in database management using SQL Server, software development using .NET framework, systems integration, and data conversion. Ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams, understand their requirements, and provide guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of current project management processes and provide recommendations for their improvement, incorporating industry best practices and lessons learned.
Project Oversight: Manage and oversee small to large multiple complex projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within established timelines and budgets.
Work Assignment: Assign work to project team members, considering their skills, expertise, and availability, to effectively meet project or program objectives. Ensure tasks are distributed appropriately and monitor progress.
Priority and Objective Setting: Establish program or project priorities, objectives, and procedures, considering area objectives, targets of service, and resource allocation needs. Continuously monitor and adjust priorities as necessary.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate critical issues and decisions to executives when necessary, providing thorough analysis, recommendations, and solutions to ensure timely resolution.
Technical Direction: Provide strong technical leadership leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Effectively communicate project goals, expectations, and strategies to team members.
Adherence to Methodologies: Utilize client standard methodologies and the Project Management Methodology (PMM) throughout the project lifecycle, from maintenance and development to enhancement and deployment. Ensure project activities align with established guidelines.
Documentation and Communication: Develop and maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence related to project activities. This includes creating meeting agendas, transcribing meeting minutes, and ensuring effective communication channels between stakeholders.
Team Coordination: Coordinate work activities by scheduling staff assignments, setting work priorities, and directing the efforts of assigned employees, including contractual staff. Foster collaboration, teamwork, and a cohesive working environment.
Emerging Practices: Stay abreast of emerging project management techniques, tools, and methodologies. Continuously seek opportunities to incorporate new approaches that can improve project outcomes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Project Coordination: Coordinate projects running simultaneously or sequentially to ensure collaboration and communication between project functions. Foster cross-functional collaboration, resolve conflicts, and facilitate knowledge sharing among teams.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline. A Master's degree and/or project management certification is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in supervising or overseeing IT-related programs or projects. Background in working in a very technical environment.
Certification: Certification in Project Management, Agile or a similar qualification is desired, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management methodologies.
Agile Experience: Strong experience with Agile delivery methods is required, and familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred.
Software Implementations: Experience in managing large-scale software implementations is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle complex projects.
Results-Oriented: Proven track record of being results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to set and achieve aggressive goals.
