Support the client's Enterprise Applications (EA) program. Directly interface with client customer on its cybersecurity vulnerability response program.
Defining product requirements and user stories and work with a third-party engineering team to help mature the Vulnerability response application.
Working directly with stakeholders to assess need and ensure prioritization of bug mitigation, features, and capabilities.
Assisting in the management of the ServiceNow Vulnerability response roadmap while ensuring we develop in accordance with strategic goals and drive toward department-wide adoption.
Analyzing the Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP), policies, and procedures to make recommendations for optimization.
Assisting the program manager with the development of roadmap, metrics, and advise on issues related to VDP performance.
Assisting in the preparation of dashboards, reports, briefings, and other documentation.
Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Position of Public Trust Clearance for an IT Position Sensitivity Risk Level High (T4).
