Entry-Level professional opportunity for IT Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Install, update, and integrate software applications for local and international business functions.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Be completely fluent in all MS desktop operating systems and common workflow software such as: Office, Adobe, Web Browsers, etc.
Review, troubleshoot, solve and complete support tickets promptly.
Set up and maintain computer systems in employee workstations.
Conduct system and network checks.
Assist with data backup and recovery.
Assist with data management and data entry.
Document support requests and resolutions.
Provide basic IT training to users.
Data entry and database management, maintenance and improvement.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in IT or related field (bachelor's preferred).
At least 1-year experience in a help desk or IT support role required
Basic understanding of IT systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Experience working with ITSM's such as ServiceNow.
Experience with MS server operating systems.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Experience with VMware a plus.
Eagerness to learn, undergo IT upskilling and professional development, and to stay up to date with best practices in Technology.
