- 8-10 years of experience in Informatica production support.
- Technical support: Resolving customer support issues.
- Including verifying diagnostics, and isolating the problem. This can be done by phone, email or web.
- On-call support: Being available on-call to support production failures and emergencies.
Salary Range - $90,000-$110,000 a year
