REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, mechanical engineering, or related field (preferred). • 2+ years' experience in HVAC commercial service or related field. • Aptitude and eagerness to learn technical aspects for project estimation. • Financial acumen, including interpreting spreadsheets and forecasting. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
