The EHS Data & Systems Analyst will lead the implementation of two critical systems for EHS - Dakota and ISNetworld, establish and maintain the EHS SharePoint site and track and analyze audit activities and KPIs for the organization.
What you'll do:
Learn and implement new EHS Software (Dakota) throughout New-Indy.
After implementation, sustain and manage the system, including creating and maintaining reports for Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Learn, implement and manage the third-party contractor management system - ISNetworld.
Establish and maintain New-Indy EHS SharePoint site for communication and document control.
Track Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with EHS Vision.
Collect, analyze and report on internal and external EHS data using statistical tools and techniques to determine trends and make recommendations for improvement
Responsible for the accuracy and auditing of OSHA, EPA, and company EHS related statistics.
Facilitate the use of technology for processes that improve efficiency and accuracy of data.
Create and Track EHS Audit documents, corrective actions and reports.
Provide hazard analysis, program customization, training and EHS support to sites and functions within the organization.
Work with affected sites and/or functions to coordinate, implement and maintain employee injury prevention strategies and program(s)
What you'll need:
A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferably such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science
Minimum 3 to 8 years' related experience
Experience with leading a company in the utilization of an EHS System, such as Vector EHS for incident management, inspections, auditing, report generation, and other areas
Strong understanding of EHS
Excellent project management and communication skills are expected
