Job Description:

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a proactive and poised Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO of a well-established academic non-profit. The role provides all-around administrative, logistical, development, and event support. The successful candidate will have at least demonstrated administrative support experience in a professional environment, be organized, and looking for a role that is dynamic.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage a busy calendar and coordinate travel
  • Handle logistics for internal and external meetings and events
  • Assist development team with donor-related initiatives
  • Assist with the annual award process
  • Coordinate logistics for various events, programs, and projects as needed

Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of professional administrative experience; higher education or non-profit experience preferred
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Professional communication skills and writing skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
