The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a proactive and poised Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO of a well-established academic non-profit. The role provides all-around administrative, logistical, development, and event support. The successful candidate will have at least demonstrated administrative support experience in a professional environment, be organized, and looking for a role that is dynamic.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage a busy calendar and coordinate travel
Handle logistics for internal and external meetings and events
Assist development team with donor-related initiatives
Assist with the annual award process
Coordinate logistics for various events, programs, and projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of professional administrative experience; higher education or non-profit experience preferred
Superb customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office
Professional communication skills and writing skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
