Job Description:

Facilities Engineering Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Vendor oversight and coordination.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relationship between all sites which includes driving between locations to meet vendors for repair or picking up supplies.
  • Will not self-perform repairs but will be responsible for coordinating with appropriate vendors.
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and evening in emergency situations.

Qualifications:
  • Ideal candidate has both technical acumen and exceptional customer service skills
  • 2+ years' experience in property management or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Has a strong sense of urgency
  • Technical abilities include: basic understanding of general building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
