Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relationship between all sites which includes driving between locations to meet vendors for repair or picking up supplies.
Will not self-perform repairs but will be responsible for coordinating with appropriate vendors.
Provide a high level of customer service
Ability to work occasional weekends and evening in emergency situations.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate has both technical acumen and exceptional customer service skills
2+ years' experience in property management or facilities management.
Excellent communication skills
Has a strong sense of urgency
Technical abilities include: basic understanding of general building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
