Our client, a luxury fabrics, linens ,and bedding brand is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team! Temp-to -hire opportunity seeking immediate start.

Hybrid schedule ( 4 days remote)

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Assist with budget management and expense tracking
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and databases
  • Support event planning and logistics
  • Handle correspondence and communication
  • Provide general administrative support to management
