Job Description:

We are seeking a Bank Teller to join our client's team! This role requires fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Process daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer accounts and ensure all debits and credits are accurately recorded.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, loans, and other banking services.
  • Utilize financial software to manage account information and transaction records efficiently.
  • Support loan origination processes by gathering necessary documentation from clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer relationship management efforts.
  • Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks related to account management and transaction processing.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Experience
  • Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong mathematical skills with a solid understanding of basic math principles.
  • Familiarity with relationship management techniques to foster positive interactions with customers.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and systems for efficient transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
