LHH is seeking an experienced EA candidate for an opportunity in the DC area. The ideal candidate will provide high level, complex calendar and scheduling support for the CEO of our client, a DC based organization with a fast paced culture. They should be well-organized and be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities:
Handle heavy calendar management and scheduling
Handle administrative requests and queries
Schedule domestic and international travel
Respond to meeting and event requests
Prepare reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
Develop and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, etc.
Serve as a point of contact for company team members and external contacts where appropriate
Create presentations for events and meetings
Support internal and external projects
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of related administrative experience required
Bachelors Degree
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
