About the Group/Role:
Large, public company who recently went through several acquisitions to pair with huge organic growth trends over the past 8-12 years.
Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Finance, who reports to Director of FP&A (10 person team) where you will be working closely with senior leadership in Finance and "the Business"
What they NEED:
Someone who can drive action and process, a true BUSINESS PARTNER, with motivation for growth and opportunity, someone who can help drive STRATEGY
Recreate some processes and new tools (a financial planning and an BI type tool --- more Excel based now with new implementation happening)
Ability to "see the big picture" and help make value-add analysis for impact driven results

JOB DESCRIPTIION:
This is a Senior Financial Analyst position that involves broad-based responsibility. This job will work closely with financial management and is responsible for analyzing, reviewing and interpreting relevant financial, performance and comparative data. This individual will work as part of a group tasked with providing timely and value added financial support to all business leaders and functions, including operations, sales and service; to analyze, interpret, and communicate relevant financial and business trends, providing sound recommendations to senior management to drive business performance, including the identification of potential risks and opportunities.
