A Marketing Manager position is now available through The Keller Group with an award-winning client in the AEC industry known for their company culture. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing & branding strategy for the organization, working cross functionally with internal team members and developing an integrated marketing approach that includes digital marketing and social media, networking and trade show development and all creative endeavors. We are seeking individuals with experience and passion for the industry and who thrive in collaborative environments.
As Marketing Manager, you'll be expected to do the following tasks:
Work closely with executive leadership for the development of all marketing and communications strategies for the business from development to execution.
Generate positive brand awareness for the company through partnership development with industry leaders, clients and vendors creating branding and PR with local and trade media, events, community engagement and more.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop an omni-channel approach using paid media, social media, traditional advertising, website, email marketing and other digital strategies.
Drive strategy for copywriting, imagery, photography, videography, as well as the distribution of all marketing collateral and sales enablement tools - both internal and external.
Lead the marketing team with thoughtful leadership and provide guidance to the team in terms of proposal development, client relationships, strategy and more.
Regularly monitor campaign performance and optimize when needed while always having a pulse on the budget; prepare reports for leadership.
Lead the content development for social media, blogs, marketing collateral, press releases, and more to ensure a cohesive voice across the brand.
Identify strategies that develop and increase the company's social media presence across all platforms targeting B2B audiences through content development, thought leadership, reputation management and community engagement.
Develop a trade show and events strategy based on ROI and opportunities to generate new business and create additional brand awareness.
Marketing Manager Qualifications:
5+ years of professional marketing experience working in a fast-paced environment overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience in the AEC industry is required.
Bachelor's Degree in PR, Marketing, Journalism, Comm, or related field of study.
Confident in building multi-channel campaign strategies across social media, paid media, email, web, and events.
