A prestigious private equity firm seeks a dynamic Executive Assistant to support a new Principal within the firm. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of proven executive support experience and exceptional communication skills. $90-$110K with bonus
Responsibilities:
Organize roadshows for team members
Coordinate all related travel and logistics, including travel and prioritizing daily conflicts
Heavy administrative responsibilities and personal ad hoc requests, as required (e.g., expenses or events)
Produce weekly reports for team
Calendar management, booking travel, meetings, lunches, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of executive support experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Professional demeanor and proven track record supporting senior executives
