Responsibilities:
Assist with customer interactions during product presentations.
Keep clients engaged and comfortable if the team is occupied with other customers.
Address clients' needs throughout the product viewing process.
Offer refreshments to clients when needed.
Remain with clients and products if the team member steps away to fetch other options.
Prepare product packaging and confirm warranty details when a sale is made.
Handle incoming calls and take messages when team members are unavailable.
Ensure the store environment remains neat, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements:
Previous luxury retail or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Must be punctual and reliable.
