Job Description:

MoodysNWC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of our digital product offerings, with a primary focus on AEM-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality, user-centric products that enhance our digital presence and support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define, communicate, and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AEM-based products and solutions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align product goals with company objectives, business priorities, and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and innovative features.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps that ensure on-time delivery of key milestones.

AEM Solution Management
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Work with AEM developers to define technical requirements and ensure that product features are designed and implemented with best practices.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of AEM with other systems, tools, and platforms (e.g., CRM, DAM, eCommerce platforms).
  • Drive the evolution of AEM capabilities to meet business needs, balancing technical constraints with user experience improvements.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management
  • Define and document user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria for AEM-related product features.
  • Ensure rigorous testing, quality assurance, and product validation, particularly for AEM-specific modules and integrations.
  • Continuously assess product performance, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to post-launch iteration and optimization.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure the AEM platform supports seamless digital marketing and content strategies.
  • Communicate product updates, features, and improvements to stakeholders, customers, and end-users.
  • Conduct training and provide support to internal teams and clients on AEM functionality and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar product management role, with a focus on web technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including content management, web development, and AEM-specific tools and features (e.g., Sites, Assets, Forms, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, CMS, and eCommerce technologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, marketing) to define and deliver complex product solutions.
  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept through delivery and iteration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred:
  • AEM certification (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Sites Developer, AEM Sites Architect) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with related technologies like Java, REST APIs, cloud-based platforms, and DevOps tools.
  • Experience with AEM integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, DAM, analytics tools).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices in digital experiences.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 140,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to 180,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
