Job Description:
TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in Richardson, TX!As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for being the primary contact for clients enrolled in debt settlement programs.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry of client accounts within the CRM, maintaining accurate and complete information
- Provide exceptional communication between clients and employees
- Professionally handle incoming client requests and provide monthly follow-up calls
- Address any and all client needs through phone and/or email communication
- Complete outbound calls and annotate all tasks within the database
- Communicate thorough understanding of company products and consumer debt relief options to clients
- Other duties required to support department operations
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish - REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and client service softwares
- Professional email and phone etiquette
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high energy environment
