Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for our team in Las Vegas, Nevada to work closely with the producer to service new and existing accounts. Maintain Agency retention goals and service standards. Keep in touch with clients consistently to solidify agency relationships. Present renewals to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Service middle market accounts under $10,000 in revenue
Hold Bi-Monthly New/Renewal Meetings with Producer and inform Producer of unusual activity on accounts
Renewal Processing
New Business Processing
Process mail as it comes in daily
Handle routine incoming calls
Answer questions regarding client coverage and limits
Client / Company Requests (receive - coordinate - process)
Producer request for assistance (coordinate - process)
Handle all accounting requests
Claims (receive - coordinate - process)
Create and maintain schedules of insurance
Final Audits (receive - coordinate - download to AA)
Follow-up with Producer to ensure Insurance Coverage Review Checklist is completed timely.
Inform Producer of unusual activity on accounts.
Quote all lines of coverage under the direction of the Marketing Department
Process middle market endorsements
Respond to returned Renewal Questionnaires (SBQs)

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for those who have handled Middle to Large market commercial business.
Positive attitude and commitment to working in a team environment
Desire to grow within the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience using insurance management systems (AMS360, ImageRight) is preferred.

Salary: $68-$75k DOE - plus commission and bonus
The pay range provided is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
