We seek an experienced HVAC Service/Project Sales Specialist to join our San Francisco, CA team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our commercial mechanical construction projects by leveraging your expertise in HVAC systems and your ability to manage client relationships and project sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial HVAC projects. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates, considering all factors, such as materials, labor, and timelines.
Oversee the execution of HVAC service and installation projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing any concerns that arise.
Leverage your knowledge of the local HVAC market to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Demonstrated stability in previous roles within the local San Francisco HVAC market.
Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service, with an additional three years in HVAC sales and project estimating.
Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems.
Proven track record in sales, able to develop and close new business opportunities.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
