What You'll Do
As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in mechanical systems design and analysis. Responsibilities include:
Developing precise mechanical designs and 3D models following ANSI/ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.
Leading assembly integration for high-reliability systems, meeting MIL-STD and SAE requirements.
Collaborating with electrical engineering to ensure design compatibility and seamless project execution.
Conducting structural, stress, and EMI analyses to validate designs under MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461G standards.
Preparing and maintaining engineering documentation, ensuring AS9100 compliance.
Qualifications
Education: Master's (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 10+ years in mechanical design, analysis, and assembly integration in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo), FEA tools (ANSYS), and industry standards (MIL-STD, SAE, ANSI/ASME Y14.5).
Knowledge: Strong background in production processes, DFM, lean principles, and PCB integration.
