Icon is looking for a Records Management Associate to work office based in Indianapolis, IN. This is an administrative type position that manages the Records Center's incoming/outgoing documents and files. Position is full time and requires multi-tasking, communication and organizational skills, along with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming/outgoing documents (submissions or retrievals)
Scan incoming/outgoing documents into system
Archive inactive records-pack cartons, index, entry into electronic system, request for pick up.
Import of Technical Reports into system
Create eLab notebooks and databinders
Process electronic documents - move from one electronic storage area to another.
Process paper documents to electronic and upload into proper system
Retrieve document from library or third party Record Center for paper records, from electronic location for electronic records.
File documents according to procedures (chronological order by date, newest on top)
Qualifications
Computer knowledge required
Data Entry @40wpm
Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
Records Management or similar background (not required)
