The Replenishment Analyst is a full-time position on a hybrid schedule for a retail/wholesale apparel company. The team is responsible for order allocation and maintaining in-stocks at the stores to maximize sales, including monitoring of inventory levels across all retail stores/warehouses as well as distribution centers and supply chain.
The replenishment analyst will be responsible for
Prepare & distribute replenishment reports and other business recaps to support replenishment team
Analyze inventory flow to drive sales, improve in-stock and optimize turn
Write and track orders based on store/warehouse demand and plan out ships/deliveries
Develop business strategies using historical and current trend analysis
Creatively problem solve issues related to purchase orders, shipments, and sales
The ideal replenishment analyst should have
Bachelor's Degree Required
2-4 years' wholesale replenishment or merchandise planning experience involving sales/inventory analysis, and forecasting
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong retail math skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product development, control, production)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft BI, Python, Tableau and Powerpoint a plus
