Business Litigator Location: Annapolis, MD ( Hybrid )
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Business Litigator to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and estate litigation, providing expert legal advice to clients on various contractual disputes and ensuring effective representation in court.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of business litigation cases from inception through trial.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations in business and estate litigation matters.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting business litigation.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business and estate litigation, associate, senior associate
Strong understanding of contractual disputes and related laws.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
