The Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for running regular reports and KPIs and will be responsible for driving actions associated with the report findings. This role will also be responsible for process improvements and standardization.

Duties
Regular reporting to include but not limited to consumption, safety stock levels, supplier lead times, inventory control/management and collaboration of ideas for movement on both current and obsolescence.
Responsible for driving cross-functional actions derived from regular reporting and KPIs.
Responsible for providing forecast information to vendors, including our factories to aid in production planning.
Review key accounts as far as delivery requirements, delivery changes, price changes, product modifications, on hand stock for customer consignment locations.
Reviewing of customer consignment processes and alignment.
Ensures appropriate stock levels in all locations by performing regular reviews of safety stock levels, supplier lead times, obsolescence, expiration dates, and consumption review.
Processing and maintaining of Production Work Orders.
Identifies, analyses, and interprets trends or patterns in complex datasets.
Take responsibility for process improvement and standardization actions.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, supply chain or any relevant study. One to three years of relevant work experience as an analyst. Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.) Experience in Data Visualization (preferably Power BI or similar tools). Preferrable experience in SAP S/4HANA Process knowledge (or any version of SAP experience)
Language Skills
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations required.
Reasoning Ability
Must be able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a disciplined approach to complete all tasks. The ability to understand the department's needs and requirements is essential. Must be able to solve both practical and complex problems and deal with a variety of factors in situations where only limited standardization exists.

This position uses a computer extensively with demonstrated abilities in the use of Microsoft products as well as other common office type equipment.
