Job Description:

Stragistics Technology Inc. specializes in IT Resource and Project Support of application and infrastructure related projects. With a focus on IT solutions management, Stragistics provides technical and management support to government agencies, public utility, and companies in private industry including electronics, distribution, healthcare, manufacturing and third-party logistics firms. Our team of professionals supports all aspects of the entire lifecycle in IT development projects with core competencies including: consulting, turn-key solutions, IT staff augmentation, application and network management, and custom software development.

Position Scope: Oversees the planning, development, and execution of the Oracle ERP training program.

1. Training Strategy Development

Needs Assessment: Collaborating with stakeholders to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and define learning objectives.

Training Plan Design: Creating a comprehensive training plan aligned with the organization's objectives, timeline, and project scope (e.g., cloud platform implementation).

Tailoring Content: Developing or curating training content relevant to the different user roles (e.g., end-users, IT administrators).

2. Training Program Execution

Curriculum Development: Designing course materials, presentations, user manuals, and hands-on training sessions.

Training Delivery: Managing the delivery of training via workshops, e-learning modules, webinars, and one-on-one sessions.

Schedule Management: Coordinating training schedules, ensuring training aligns with project timelines.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

Cross-Functional Liaison: Working closely with project managers, technical teams, and business units to ensure training reflects the implemented system's capabilities.

Feedback Integration: Incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders to improve future training sessions.

Transition Management: Facilitating a smooth transition for users post-Go-Live, ensuring they have the skills to handle the new cloud systems without external support.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination

Resource Allocation: Managing training resources, tools, and materials efficiently.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring that training delivery and content meet high standards of effectiveness and are aligned with project goals.

5. Monitoring & Reporting

Progress Tracking: Monitoring the progress of training sessions and evaluating participants' performance and knowledge retention.

Post-Training Support: Ensuring that learners have access to ongoing support (documentation, knowledge bases)

Reporting & Analysis: Analyzing training outcomes and providing detailed reports to management, outlining achievements and areas of improvement.
