**Please note - this Project Manager will work through the Product Development Lifecycle with PHYSICAL products.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee technical project workflows, bridge communication across customers, sales, and engineering, and manage project timelines from start to finish. Your role will involve ensuring effective task assignment, timely communication, and resource allocation to accelerate project delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and execute project plans with clear objectives and timelines.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between diverse teams, including sales, operations, marketing, and product development.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Regularly communicate project status and updates to clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
Lead project meetings to align team members and track progress.
Use project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams) to enhance efficiency.
Continuously improve project management practices to support operational excellence.
