Fantastic opportunity for construction administration architect preferably registered or working toward registration, but not required. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in construction administration in addition to CAD and Revit production experience with knowledge of detailing and building construction. Construction administration experience of 7+ years is highly desirable. Experience in the education facility and government facility sectors is also desirable.
Responsibilities
Participate in client meetings
CAD or Revit construction documents production with opportunity to evolve toward project management duties on selected projects
Lead construction administration processes in on site project meetings
Work in a collaborative team setting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (min.) and 5 - 7 years related experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit and other programs such as Sketch up and others. Good graphic capabilities. Excellent problem solving skills
