Education & Experience Required:
Degree or equivalent (3+ years' experience in User experience) or Equivalent, they would need to have obtained a UX program-specific certification.
Master's degree with 3+ years' experience.
Technical Skills
(Required)
Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills, etc.) and tools, along with design communication skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)
FIGMA (Design tool)
Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high-quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)

Experience in working with multiple data streams
Knowledge of component mgmt. and condition monitoring.
Enterprise-related and not e-commerce experience.
Experience with enterprise B2B experience and not a customer-facing tool.
