o Responsible for training technical and soft skills in a variety of mediums to include in person, virtual, and both.
o Works closely with business unit to identify training opportunities
o Collaborates with SMDLS training partners to create materials to support learning
o Responsible for determining the best modality of training
o Comfortable speaking to audiences of varying size and roles
o Comfortable using feedback tools like surveys, quizzes, and post-training assessments to measure the success of training programs.
o Able to adjust training techniques and content to accommodate diverse learning styles, backgrounds, and proficiency levels.
o Responsible for organizing and delivering a monthly deliverable meeting to the business area outlining the contributions made by the Learnings Solutions team
o Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy in training topics
o Able to promote department culture and strategy through effective training that aligns with overall organizational strategy.
