Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Entry Level Management Trainee position is located in Washington DC. As a trainee, you will take on various responsibilities, including project management, campaign execution, sales drives and team collaboration. This role offers practical experience and the opportunity to develop crucial management skills in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business prospects. This includes setting clear objectives, outlining actionable steps, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Client Relations: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to create customized solutions that drive business growth. Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide feedback on campaigns, and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals. Identify potential leads, present products or services, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Report progress to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Learn to coordinate and manage projects from start to finish. This includes setting timelines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze market data and generate reports to support business decisions. Use data to identify trends, measure performance, and make recommendations for future strategies.
  • Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
