Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Digital Product Manager will play a critical role in both crafting and executing our digital vision
Champions the product vision, strategy, and overall product roadmap goals/KPIs aligned to strategic company objectives
Partner with multiple product teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement
Maintains and communicates strategic product roadmaps across multiple product workstreams
Deliver platform solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment
Communicates to executive stakeholders on channel strategy, execution, and performance
Conducts market research and digital strategies to drive innovation and maintain market leadership
Maintains product budgets, partner contracts, and financial models to prove ROI
Partner with Scrum teams, Product Owners, stakeholder, and business leaders to effectively achieve business goals.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key skills; Product and Portfolio roadmap , Utility experience , Crafting and Executing Digital vision, JIRA , Product budgets, Partner contracts, and Financial models.
Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination toward action
Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to a new product development team
Clear passion for topics of technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate
Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities
Excellent communication skills including the ability to build relationships
Understanding of the SDLC process and ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases
Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs
Five or more years experience in utility industry
Experience as a Product Analyst
Agile Product Owner certification
'Black Belt' Six Sigma certification
Experience with Jira
Experience with relevant new product or technology development experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with teams developing and shipping software
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, marketing or related business discipline
Years of prior equivalent work-related experience in lieu of a degree (if applicable): 9+
Years of prior equivalent work-related experience in addition to a degree: 5+ years experience in relevant business area
Licenses, certifications, or registrations: Product Owner certification.
