• Manage Netsuite and Joor integration for all wholesale skus seasonally to ensure sku setup is accurate and completed prior to the start of the selling season • Communicate with all For Love and Lemons wholesale accounts monthly to charge/ship orders in a timely manner • Manage high volume of PO's monthly with 3PL team • Coordinate with A/R team to ensure financials are all satisfied for wholesale accounts to include invoicing, chargebacks and deductions and auditing Fedex shipments for wholesale accounts in season • Assist A/R team during EOY reviews • Oversee all production inbound wholesale shipments from factories seasonally to communicate updates to sales team including recuts and exclusive skus • Manage wholesale ATS and inventory liabilities and communicate weekly updates to sales teams • Manage inbound EDI for Majors accounts and review orders for accuracy and relay updates/revisions that need to be made • Ensure vendor guidelines, shipping requirements and tickets are all managed properly for Majors accounts with Warehouse team • Collaborate with Warehouse team to troubleshoot all issues that arise with vendor portals/platforms • Request UPC codes for wholesale skus needed • Create, track and manage RMA approvals including credits once completed and communicated by AM • Work with Sales Team to get new accounts setup on all platforms (Netsuite, Joor, etc) internally including any vendor guidelines and routing/shipping requirement review needed •REQUIRED SKILLS: • 2-5 years previous experience within operations, sales, customer service or administration • Proficient in office systems such as MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Gmail • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Detail oriented, problem solver and a creative thinker • Strong financial and analytical skills • Inventory management system experience • Strong communication, organization and planning skills • Must work well in teams
