Our client is seeking a skilled Benefits Specialist to join their team and support the administration of employee benefits. This role will focus on benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), leave of absence (LOA), and flexible spending accounts (FSA). The Benefits Specialist will also assist with bi-weekly payroll audits, ensuring accurate deductions, and handle various employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Core Responsibilities:
Administer and manage employee benefits, including health/dental/vision, 401(k), LOA, and FSA.
Conduct monthly benefit invoicing and reconcile payments to ensure accuracy.
Perform bi-weekly payroll audits to verify correct benefit deductions.
Support the administration of LOA processes, including initiating and reinstating leave as needed.
Respond to employee benefit-related inquiries and tickets, providing timely and accurate information.
Upload employee census files into HR systems and assist with maintaining accurate employee data.
Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for benefits administration.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth benefits administration.

Attention to Detail: Ability to catch discrepancies such as incorrect payroll deductions.
LOA Expertise: Strong understanding of how to initiate and reinstate Leave of Absence (LOA) processes.
Preferred Experience:
Experience using UKG (UltiPro) for HR and benefits administration is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in benefits administration, including handling employee inquiries and performing reconciliation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to address employee concerns and collaborate with the team.
