We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help lead projects to success, supporting our commitment to excellence and industry leadership.
About the Role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing commercial construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and direct project teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage all project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Collaborate closely with the self-perform concrete division on relevant project scopes.
Oversee and coordinate project schedules, resources, and logistics to maximize efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, safety, and quality standards.
Track and control project budgets, identify potential cost savings, and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven experience managing projects in the $10M+ range.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with self-perform concrete work is a plus.
- Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
