Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage projects, from initial concept to completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure projects adhere to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pluses:
Experience in project management within the hospitality industry.
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D studio MAX or similar tools.
