Hiring IT Asset Management Technician - ONSITE - 5 days a week - Acton, MA
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a help desk or IT support role
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
Experience handling tickets using ServiceNow or a similar system
Basic understanding of Ios vs. Android devices and how they function
High school diploma or higher
In this role, you will be on-site 5 days a week handling inventory/shipment of medical devices and iOS/Android cell phones going out to engineering teams that will be performing testing on the various devices. The goal of this is to ensure that all the devices going to the Engineers for R&D are fully wiped, functioning and ready to be used in R&D testing. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling tickets, providing support, maintaining inventory, and managing shipping and receiving.
