Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, including labor, materials, and timelines, to develop precise cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure comprehensive coverage of all cost factors.
Prepare and present detailed cost proposals to internal stakeholders, addressing potential risks and value engineering opportunities.
Manage bid process, including document review, addenda, and deadlines, ensuring submissions are timely and meet quality standards.
Continuously update cost databases to reflect current pricing trends and industry standards.
Support post-bid reviews and participate in negotiations as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
