Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area. Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and office supplies. Provide administrative support to teams as needed, including data entry, filing, and office coordination. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with attention to detail. Assist with various office tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. What We're Looking For:
A friendly and professional demeanor - you'll be the first face clients and visitors see! Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail. Multitasking ability - you can juggle tasks while keeping everything running smoothly. A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed. Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
