Vaco is hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Repslocated in Boca Raton; FL. This is a direct hire position and includes health benefits.
Position Summary: Case Managers will work directly with clients; third parties; providers; and insurance companies. They should be comfortable with computers; general office tasks; and excel at both verbal and written communication. They are responsible for handling fact-finding projects and gathering and organizing documents and information. Duties:
Perform data entry duties
Gather information and documents from clients and other sources
Handle incoming calls and other communication interaction with clients and third parties
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients
Maintain and organize electronic case files
Perform additional duties as required by the Case Manager Supervisor
Requirements & Skills:
Full-time; 8:00am to 5:00pm; M-F
Customer service or previous call center experience is preferred
Strong and clear phone presence
Experience using computers and performing data-entry functions
Legal experience is a plus but not required
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
Team-oriented
