Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm in West Los Angeles is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) candidate with a strong career track record of stability and longevity to join their team.
This EA role is supporting two executives. (Please note this job is fully in office 5 days a week).
As the EA you will assist the executives with daily operations, ensuring that the executives and teams have the resources and support they need to excel. You will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and streamlining processes.
Temporary: $40/hour.
While this is a temporary role you will also be in consideration for the direct hire job.
Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate complex calendars and schedules for executives. • Facilitate communication between team members and external partners. • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements. • Assist with project management and special initiatives. • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications: • Proven experience in an administrative position within a corporate industry, finance experience preferred. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude. • High level of professionalism.
