**Job Description**
i am seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support Kiyah Wright. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a background in marketing, branding, and strategy, who is ready to take on a range of responsibilities to help grow and manage Kiyah's brand, Muze Hair. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about the beauty and personal care industry.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide executive-level support to Kiyah Wright, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, content creation, and event coordination.
- Contribute to brand strategy and marketing plans, helping to drive brand awareness and reach.
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform strategic planning.
- Coordinate brand partnerships, client communications, and PR engagements.
- Assist in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and reports as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an executive support role, with a focus on marketing, branding, or strategy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, and experience with content creation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry and a passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
