Provides support to the Correspondence / Letter Writing Project team by copying information from the translation vendor system into Evolent's Medical Management system. Enters personal health information and account information into a health information system. Accountable for verifying all documentation and ensuring close attention to detail. Adheres to department policies and procedures, follows standard department workflows, and maintains validation standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Copy and paste information from translation vendor system to Evolent health management system with strong attention to detail.
Collect and sort data, distributing it to the proper destination within the health information system.
Process documents correctly for account management.
Responsible for timely entry of patient information into the health information system following departmental guidelines.
Ensure the confidentiality of all collected and stored data.
Manage the accuracy of data received by following validation guidelines and obtain missing information when necessary.
Assist with other correspondence projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Minimum HS Diploma/GED (REQUIRED)
Sharp attention to detail and initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances and discrepancies.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Teams.
