We are seeking an Office Administrator for a Baltimore Based Client to manage their Baltimore office and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, travel arrangement skills, and ability to understand various software platforms This position will be a hybrid working schedule with three days in the office required.
Responsibilities
Assists with overseeing clerical tasks such as work processing, scheduling, report preparation, and travel arrangements
Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.
Develops processes and procedures that ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the office.
Plans and coordinates office meetings and events, including meeting rooms or facilities, meals, and any other reservations as required.
Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
Performs work under minimal supervision.
Travel Arrangement for 10-15 colleagues
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently
