LHH is supporting out client in their search for Customer Service Representatives to join their team for a 6 month contract. This position will be supporting the company during their business season and will be working onsite on the east side of Louisville. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be supporting incoming calls and assisting customers with their needs. Our client will offer training for the first weeks on a 8:30AM- 5PM schedule and then beyond that, there is options for an 8AM, 9AM or 10AM start time for an 8 hour shift moving forward.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone to support their renewal
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 of relevant call center work experience preferred. They are also open to someone with other fast paced office experience.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
