This event will be taking place in DTLA from Monday, December 2nd to Wednesday, December 4th

Monday, December 2nd: Prep Day 1

Call Time: 10AM SHARP - 6:30PM.

We are looking for 14 interns to arrive at our CLD office in DTLA from 10am-6:30pm. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: event setup and production, curating and merchandising fashion and beauty brand displays, organizing back stock, styling event photo moments, running errands, providing administrative support to the lead event producer, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the event. Further details will be provided if hired.

Tuesday, December 3rd: Prep Day 2

Call Time: 8AM SHARP - 6PM.

We are looking for 30 interns to arrive at our CLD office in DTLA from 8am-6pm. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: event setup and production, curating and merchandising fashion and beauty brand displays, organizing back stock, styling event photo moments, running errands, providing administrative support to the lead event producer, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the event. Further details will be provided if hired.

Wednesday, December 4th: Event Day

Shift One: 7:30AM SHARP - 3PM

We are looking for 31 interns to arrive at our CLD office in DTLA from 7:30am-3pm. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: event production, merchandising fashion and beauty brand displays, managing back stock, guest check-in, creating engaging social media content, assisting guests in capturing the perfect photo moment, running errands, providing administrative support to event producers, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the event. As well as greeting, assisting, and retrieving selections for our guests. Further details will be provided if hired.

Shift Two: 2PM - 8PM

We are looking for 20 interns to arrive at our CLD office in DTLA from 2pm-8pm. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: event production, merchandising fashion and beauty brand displays, managing back stock, guest check-in, creating engaging social media content, assisting guests in capturing the perfect photo moment, running errands, providing administrative support to event producers, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the event. As well as greeting, assisting, and retrieving selections for our guests. Further details will be provided if hired.

While it is not required to work all shifts, working multiple days will be encouraged and will 100% be more likely to be chosen for this role.
