About the Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant will support both the CEO and CFO providing high-level administrative and organizational support, acting as a liaison and organizer. This role is crucial in ensuring the executives' effectiveness by proactively managing their schedules, communications, and key projects. The Executive Assistant will be a trusted partner, exercising professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative mindset and approach. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and managing the complex calendars of the CEO and CFO, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient time management.
Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO and CFO, including detailed itineraries and necessary documentation.
Act as a liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders, handling communications and fostering productive relationships.
Prepare and handle confidential documentation with a high level of discretion.
Plan, collaborate on and execute key events, leadership meetings, off-sites, and other executive functions.
Work closely with board members and executive leadership to schedule, organize, and facilitate Board meetings.
Compile, organize, and distribute Board decks and briefing materials to Board members ahead of meetings.
Act as the main point of contact for Board members, ensuring all inquiries and logistics are handled smoothly.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Minimum of 7 years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
Experience coordinating Board meetings, managing Board materials, and liaising with Board members.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong multitasking and communication ability with a demonstrated capacity to prioritize effectively in high-pressure situations.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication.
Additional experience that would be valuable for this role includes:
Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Prior experience in a corporate, finance, or technology industry is a plus.
