Day to Day:
The Senior Product Manager - Lead Management will own and lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the Lead Management capabilities. This role is critical for advancing our lead ingestion, distribution, nurturing, and conversion solutions, ensuring our platform helps lenders and financial institutions maximize the potential of each lead. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, effective, and innovative lead management features that drive revenue growth for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Define Product Strategy: Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lead Management, aligning with company objectives and customer needs. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to gather insights, define requirements, and ensure alignment with the strategic direction.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Oversee the full software development lifecycle of lead management features-from ideation through development, launch, and iterative improvements-ensuring a streamlined and user-centered experience.
Drive Metrics for Success: Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect lead engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
Prioritize Roadmap Initiatives: Use data-driven prioritization to manage the product backlog, making informed trade-offs between features, technical debt, and other initiatives.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, conducting regular interviews and usability tests to validate assumptions and improve the lead management experience.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to execute product launches and enhancements, coordinating efforts to meet product release goals and ensure product adoption and success.
Compliance and Security: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that lead management processes meet regulatory standards in financial services.
