The role of the Gatorade Procurement Commercialization Sr Analyst is to support the commercialization of graphics, packaging, and ingredients across all of Gatorade including the addition of Gatorade Athletic Equipment, which is expected to grow 4x Net Revenue over the next 5 years.
With focus on innovation, Commercialization serves as the face of Global Procurement to the rest of the PepsiCo organization.
The individual's responsibilities include:
Establish end-to-end ownership of brand innovation on all Gatorade Innovation Launches
Lead Project Management work with respect to Procurement milestones
Manage new packaging innovation, graphics changes & ingredients in innovation encompassing all Gatorade including the fast growing Gatorade Athletic Equipment Business
Lead communications with Suppliers, Global Procurement category leads, Supply Assurance, Brand Marketing and Integration Teams.
Provide Procurement support for Gatorade Productivity Projects
Build Process and integrate existing procurement processes into the developing Gatorade Athletic Equipment Business
Be the procurement lead in monthly Gatorade ILT Meetings and innovation meetings
Support development and delivery of Lead Time Communications Memos to Suppliers
To manage projects effectively the Analyst must interact with all levels of internal and external partners and varied stakeholders.
These interactions occur daily and effectiveness in this area is required to succeed in this position.

Accountabilities:
Flawless Execution:
Commercialization on brand projects for PepsiCo beverage innovation projects assuring on time delivery.
Management and tracking of Graphics Service Providers performance for all involved projects measured by performance with pre-determined KPI's, including, but not limited to, strict adherence to PepsiCo packaging graphics process, accurate graphics separations, printer knowledge, and timely hand off of graphics files to packaging printers.
Take on leadership role in Commercialization team, including supporting other Commercialization leads and embracing management opportunities. Ownership of brand projects, internal team tracking, prioritization, and communication.
Percent Travel:5%-10% (TBD)
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $79,800 - $133,450.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

Education: Undergraduate degree.
Experience: 1-3 years in CPG industry or comparable supply chain / procurement / graphics / project management.
