About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Product Coordinator to support the MISSION product team. This role will report to the VP of Merchandising. This individual will serve as the process and detail expert managing all product data, adhering to timelines, analyzing business opportunities, and studying the competition. Additionally, the Product Coordinator will work closely with design to create tech packs and pitch prints and own coordination of samples.

The Product Coordinator provides product expertise with a comprehensive understanding of the consumer, competitive landscape, trends, and innovation. You will foster a collaborative work relationship with Design, Development, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, and Marketing counterparts.

Product Management:
• Work closely with the Product team in all stages of the product development cycle, from concept to final product approval, executing product vision with critical attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet department deadlines.
• Support the development of seasonal line plans that push the brand forward in key strategic growth categories while protecting established categories
• Support the GTM process and build presentations for internal milestone meetings and strategic account meetings.
• Manage product timelines to ensure deliverables are met and information is communicated to applicable teams
• Be a product liaison working cross functionally with the Creative, DTC, Planning and Sales teams ensuring product and collection vision materializes in market to end consumer.
• Maintain system / tools to ensure product information is accurate and up to date, with a focus on data integrity
• Perform industry and competitive analysis
• Own the salesman sample process, including ordering, tracking, organizing and shipping out to accounts as needed

Design Support
• Work closely with Designer to create and maintain tech packs with all style information
• Create color print pitches from original artwork provided by Designer.
• Analyze and comment on design submits, lab dips, strike offs, sample submits to ensure they are meeting original design intent and quality standards

Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in merchandising, product development or product management.
• Strong understanding of the product development process, from concept to creation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Active listener and contributor to internal and external meetings
