The Claims Specialist role offers the ability to work with a professional staff and provides ample room for career advancement. There is no cold calling or phone work, you will simply be handling all third party invoice and processing claims. Most importantly, you will be verifying information and reviewing the claim submissions.

REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years' experience working with claims or 3+ years administrative experience
Must have willingness to gain knowledge of warranty products
Highschool Diploma or GED
Willing and able to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen
Must be able to commute to Naperville, IL
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling the entire claims process
Performing data entry, verifying warranty information, and reviewing claim submissions
Verify claims and estimates for existing warranty claims following corrections
